Once you've completed your booking online, it's time to prepare your items for exchange. Ensure that all items are freshly washed, free from odors, and in good condition.
Please limit your exchange to 30 items.

Head Into Store
It's time to visit us in-store for your appointment! Simply head to the counter, where our friendly staff will review your exchange. We offer same-day service, with most exchanges taking around 40 minutes.
All exchange appointments are held in store.
STEP 3
Review Offer
Once we've gone through your items its time to review the offer and finalise the exchange.
We offer either 40% of the resale value in credit or 25% in cash.
For example, if your items have a resale value of $100, you’ll receive $40 in store credit or $25 in cash.
