Ready to sell your kids clothes? First step is to make an appointment. We currently take appointments from 10-3pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
Please note, we do not accept exchanges without a booking.

Gather your items
Once you've completed your booking online, it's time to prepare your items for exchange. Ensure that all items are freshly washed, free from odors, and in good condition.
Please limit your exchange to 30 items.
Bring the correct season
We currently accept items based on seasonal buying windows. We buy spring and summer items from August through to January. Autumn and Winter items are bought from February through June.
Know our stocked sizes
We are currently accepting clothing sizes from Newborn to Size 12.
Clothing we accept
We buy all clothings items such as tops, pants, jumpers and jackets. We also accept accessories, footwear, swimwear and sleepwear including sleep sacks.
Clothing we don't accept
We tend to steer clear of most fast fashion brands. As such, we do not accept items from the brands Anko, Dymples, Shein, Baby Berry, or Kids & Co.
Head in store
It's time to visit us in-store for your appointment! Simply head to the counter, where our friendly staff will review your exchange. We offer same-day service, with most exchanges taking around 40 minutes.
All exchange appointments are held in our shop at 113 Smith Street, Summer Hill.
What happens during the appointment
During your appointment we review your items with care and select the items we would like to buy. We then enter these into our system, helping us calculate the resale value and the offer back to you.
We offer either 40% of the resale value in credit or 25% in cash. For example, if your items have a resale value of $100, you’ll receive $40 in store credit or $25 in cash.
What we look for
We inspect each item with care, making note of the brand, style and condition of each piece. We love quality brands like Gorman Playground, Halcyon Nights, Bobo Choses, Rock Your Kid and Minti Melbourne.
We also love unique, handmade and vintage pieces you wouldn't normally find in standard retail stores. If you're unsure about any item you have to exchange, include it in the bag and let our store staff know.

What you can do while you wait
Shop of course! We are constantly getting new and exciting items in store everyday.
If you've brought your little one along with you, we have an intergrated play area in our store to keep them busy while you shop.

The last step of the exchange process is to go to review the offer and finalise the exchange.
We offer either 40% of the resale value in credit or 25% in cash.

Our offer come with no obligation, and you’re under no pressure to exchange your items to us if you don’t want to.
Store Credit vs Cash
Store credit is valid for 3 years and will be linked to your customer profile. To redeem store credit, simply show a valid ID during check out. You can also now use your store credit online. To convert your store credit, Click here.
Cash offers can be made via physical cash or bank transfer.

Left with unwanted items, we can help you donate any remaining items to our charity partner.
